The diet includes four stages, which have each its own name: "Attack", "Alternation", "Attaching", "Stabilization". The first three stages-"basic" diet, and the number of days spent on the diet will need to rely on their own, starting from that how much you want to lose weight (end result will be depends on the individual). The first stage of the "Attack"

The second phase of "Alternation"

For example, you managed to get rid of 5 pounds of weight, then the duration of the phase "Consolidation" will be 50 days.

At this stage, to your menu, you need to add:

  1. Fruit. It is allowed, there is one fruit of medium size in one day. Except bananas, grapes, dried fruit, cherries, cherries.
  2. Cheese. One slice of cheese per day, weighing no more than 40 grams. That is a solid rather than cheese or cream.

The fourth stage of "Stabilization"

Passed all three stages, and dropping the number of pounds you planned, you should feel incredible proud of myself. Now what would that weight from which it was removed with so much difficulty, has not returned, you will need to follow a few rules of daily nutrition.

  1. Throughout the fourth stage, one day of the week should be only "protein".
  2. Every day, eat three tablespoons of oat bran.
  3. Drink at least two liters of pure still water daily.
  4. Walk at least twenty minutes a day.
